Sara brings more than 25 years of institutional real estate experience to Seventh Street Capital, spanning strategy, acquisitions, portfolio management, and innovation at global investment platforms. She previously served as Managing Director and Global Head of Innovation at PGIM Real Estate and held senior investment and portfolio leadership roles at Beacon Capital Partners. Sara combines deep real estate expertise with significant proptech experience to shape the firm’s proximity-driven strategy and its evolving technology platform.

Jeff Brown, CFA
Jeff is based in Boston and oversees all of Beacon’s acquisitions and dispositions, as well as certain strategic initiatives.
Jeff has been with Beacon since 1996, joining as a Financial Analyst for Beacon Properties. He began his commercial real estate career as a consultant with E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group, with responsibility for valuation analysis and due diligence assignments for various clients.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Stephen served as Chief Operating Officer of Divco West Properties (Divco), where he was responsible for the oversight of all operations at Divco and its Page Mill Properties Fund, including investment services, asset management, property management, construction management, leasing, and marketing.
Previously, Stephen served as Senior Vice President at Cornerstone Properties and Managing Director of West Coast Real Estate Investments at Aetna Life & Casualty.
Stephen received a B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University.

James Stultz
CBS Rentals
James Stultz is the owner and founder of CBS Rentals, a prominent property management and real estate development company based in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Under Stultz’s direction, CBS Rentals has grown into one of the University of Virginia’s leading housing providers, renting to approximately 1,200 University of Virginia tenants and professional tenants in the greater Charlottesville community.
With a diverse portfolio built over 50 years of strategic development and investment, CBS Rentals has built and manages more than 16 apartment complexes, 45 historic houses, and a range of commercial properties that contribute to Charlottesville’s economic and community landscape. These holdings include a shopping center, two self service storage facilities, a 40,000 sq. ft. office building leased to the University of Virginia Hospital, the University Hospital Hospitality House serving low income patient families, and a 50-unit condominium building located adjacent to the University of Virginia Hospital rented to medical professionals and medical students.
