Sara Shank, CFA - Founder and CEO
Sara has had an extensive career in real estate for over 25 years. During this time she has worked in many different roles ranging from property accounting to asset management to buying and selling billions of dollars of real estate for various institutional real estate owners.
Most recently, she has been very involved in the technology transformation that is happening throughout real estate.
While mostly working with institutional owners, Sara also managed a small real estate business close to Dartmouth College, renting a few scattered site units to students and gaining an appreciation for the opportunity within this asset class.
Lauren Alpeyrie - Technology & Operations
Lauren advises on technology and operational strategy for Seventh Street, with expertise sitting at the intersection of commercial real estate, data, and technology.
Prior to joining Seventh Street, Lauren was Vice President of Global Innovation at PGIM Real Estate where she led strategic partnerships with venture capital firms and early-stage companies to adopt and scale new technology and further the firm's data strategy. She previously worked at Google in Mountain View on large-scale data analytics and its application to strategic and operational topics in People Operations, in product management at HubSpot, and at L.E.K. Consulting, a management consulting firm headquartered in London and Boston.
Lauren holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and Controls from Dartmouth College and received her MBA at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Brendan O'Loughlin - Acquisitions and Investor Relations
Prior to joining Seventh Street, Brendan worked at GID, a vertically integrated owner of rental housing. Most recently, he worked to expand the firm’s programmatic development and portfolio transaction capabilities. In his five years at GID, Brendan worked on over $5.0 billion of development and stabilized multifamily acquisitions.
Prior to GID, Brendan worked in real estate banking, advising large users of real estate on the efficient acquisition, disposition, and monetization of owned assets.
Brendan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Economics from Columbia University.
